About these terms
These terms apply when you use the JhiOn website or join the pilot waitlist. JhiOn is a product of Ayion. Please read them with the privacy notice and the medical disclaimer.
The website is information, not medical advice
Nothing on this website is a diagnosis, a prescription or advice about your own health. The Report Explainer and the blog explain what tests and terms mean in general. Decisions about your care are made by a registered medical practitioner who has reviewed your records. JhiOn is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and is not enrolment. It does not oblige you to join, and it does not oblige us to offer you a place: pilot places are limited by clinical capacity and depend on an eligibility call.
Membership
If you are offered a place, the membership’s own terms — what it includes, its fee, what is billed separately, cancellation and refunds — are given to you in writing before you pay anything, and you decide whether to accept them. Tests, medicines and specialist visits are billed separately at the price you approve. See the refund policy.
Using the website
Please do not misuse the website: do not try to break into it, overload it, submit false information or someone else’s details, or use the forms to send anything other than what they ask for.
Our content
The words, images, the JhiOn name and the mark on this website belong to JhiOn and its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own, non-commercial use.
Links to other websites
Where we link to another website — a study we cite, for example — we do not control it and are not responsible for it.
Liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the website instead of on advice from a doctor who knows your case. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
When these terms change, we publish the new version here with its date.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
