The Lead Doctor
The Lead Doctor owns clinical governance: who is eligible, which protocol versions are in use, when a case escalates, and the audit of every doctor's signed decisions. A business lead cannot override a clinical decision.
The practitioners
Every doctor who reviews a JhiOn member is listed here, with their qualification, registration number and medical council, before they review anyone. Each has given written consent to be listed, and their registration has been checked against their council's register.
No ratings, no reviews and no star doctors. Every doctor here works to the same protocols and the same review.
How doctors are chosen and reviewed
- Registration is verified against the medical council's register before a doctor is listed.
- Each doctor gives written consent to be listed, and is removed from this page the day they leave.
- The Lead Doctor audits a sample of every doctor's signed decisions, and high-risk cases get a second read.
- No doctor earns anything per referral on JhiOn.
Reaching the clinical team
Through your coordinator, during service hours: 09:00–18:00 IST, Monday to Saturday. Your coordinator brings clinical questions to your doctor and comes back to you with their answer. JhiOn is not an emergency service; in an emergency call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
