- Adults living in Hyderabad.
- Comfortable using a web app.
- With existing reports, or a preventive priority you want to act on.
- Not pregnant, and not in acute or unstable care.
Eligibility is confirmed on a short call.
What is included
- Baseline review and consultation
- Your 90-day plan
- A named coordinator
- A day-45 check-in
- A day-90 doctor review
- Support in English and Telugu
Tests, medicines and specialist visits are billed separately, at the price you approve before anything is booked.

Pilot members are interviewed at day 90.
What happens after day 90
Your doctor reviews your changed results and sets the next 90-day plan. If you choose to stop, you leave with an export of your records.
