What this notice covers
This notice covers the JhiOn website and the forms on it: the pilot waitlist, the contact form, and the request forms for investors and practitioners. JhiOn is a product of Ayion, based in Hyderabad, India.
The website never asks for health information. No form has a field for a condition, a medicine, a symptom or a report, and the contact form asks you not to write any. If you become a member, your health records are handled in the JhiOn app under the service’s own privacy notice, which you are given before you share anything.
What we collect, and why
We collect only what each form asks for, and use it only for the purpose stated beside it.

With every form we also record the date, the page language and, if you arrived from a link that carried one, the name of the campaign (for example “utm_source”). We use these to know which pages and campaigns bring people to the pilot. They are stored with your submission, not in a cookie.
Cookies and analytics
The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and carries no advertising pixels or remarketing. Any measurement of how the site is used is cookieless and counts visits without identifying you.
Who processes it for us
Your details are stored in a database in the Mumbai region of our database provider, and only our own server can read or write it: your browser never talks to the database. We use three processors:
- Supabase stores the form submissions (Mumbai, India).
- Resend sends our emails, including your confirmation email. Emails pass through its servers outside India to be delivered.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects the forms from abuse.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist: for as long as the waitlist is open and you have not asked us to remove you. When the waitlist closes, or when you ask, we delete it.
- Contact messages: the message itself is deleted 90 days after we receive it. Your name, email and the topic are kept for as long as we are in touch with you about it.
- Data-room requests: for as long as we are in touch with you about investing, and deleted when you ask.
- Practitioner applications: until a decision is made on your application, then deleted unless you ask us to keep it for later openings.
AI
The website does not use AI on anything you submit. In the member service, AI has one role:
AI classifies your reports, links every value to its page, and drafts material for your doctor. Your doctor reviews it, decides and signs. Software never issues a diagnosis, prescription, dose change or test order.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask to see what we hold about you, and who it has been shared with; to correct, complete or update it; to delete it; and to name someone who can exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it: write to privacy@jhion.com from the email address you signed up with, or use the contact form and choose “Data rights”. Withdrawing does not make what we did before it unlawful, but from then on we stop, and we ask our processors to stop.

Complaints
Write to our Grievance Officer at privacy@jhion.com. We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it. Children
The waitlist is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Security
Everything travels encrypted between your browser, our server and our processors. Access to the stored submissions is limited to the people at JhiOn who need it to answer you.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, we publish the new version here with its date, and the form’s consent text carries the version you agreed to.
