02 HOW IT WORKS
One loop, every 90 days.

- 01 Organise Upload the reports you already have. AI classifies and extracts every value and links it to the page it came from. A human reviewer checks anything uncertain.
- 02 Baseline Your doctor reviews the assembled picture with you — blood pressure, sugar, weight and waist, lipids, history — and signs off your baseline.
- 03 Plan Together you agree a 90-day plan: three or four priorities, each with a reason, a target, a due date and a named person responsible.
- 04 Act Your coordinator arranges tests and appointments after you approve the price. Reminders follow the plan. Nothing is marked done without evidence.
- 05 Measure Comparable results side by side, with dates. A changed value opens a doctor review. A missing test shows as missing. Then the next 90 days.

Questions
Is JhiOn a replacement for my doctor?
No. JhiOn adds a reviewing doctor, a coordinator and organised records around the care you already have. If you have a treating doctor, their plan is respected.
Does the AI diagnose or prescribe?
No. AI classifies your reports, links every value to its page, and drafts material for your doctor. Your doctor reviews it, decides and signs. Software never issues a diagnosis, prescription, dose change or test order.
Do I need a wearable or new tests to start?
No. Existing reports, your history and basic vitals are enough. Tests are added only when your doctor recommends them and you approve the price.
What is included, and what is billed separately?
The membership covers organisation, a defined number of doctor reviews and coordination. Tests, medicines, specialist visits and hospital services are billed separately at the price you approve.
What if I have an emergency?
Call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital. JhiOn is not an emergency or monitoring service; our hours are 09:00–18:00 IST, Monday to Saturday.
Who can see my data?
You, and the JhiOn clinicians and coordinator working on your care. Family members see only what you authorise. Nobody else, and never for advertising.
Can I enrol my parents?
Yes, once family plans open, after the individual pilot is running reliably; join the waitlist for a family member to be first. Each adult consents separately and controls their own records, and you see appointments, tasks and invoices, never results or diagnoses unless they authorise it.
Where is JhiOn available?
Hyderabad first, as a paid pilot. Other cities follow once partner coverage and response times are repeatable.
