How it works
One loop, every 90 days.
What happens from the day you upload your first report to the day your next plan starts.
- 01 Organise Upload the reports you already have. AI classifies and extracts every value and links it to the page it came from. A human reviewer checks anything uncertain.
- 02 Baseline Your doctor reviews the assembled picture with you — blood pressure, sugar, weight and waist, lipids, history — and signs off your baseline.
- 03 Plan Together you agree a 90-day plan: three or four priorities, each with a reason, a target, a due date and a named person responsible.
- 04 Act Your coordinator arranges tests and appointments after you approve the price. Reminders follow the plan. Nothing is marked done without evidence.
- 05 Measure Comparable results side by side, with dates. A changed value opens a doctor review. A missing test shows as missing. Then the next 90 days.
Organise
- What you do
- Upload PDFs, photos of reports, and your medication list.
- What we do
- Classify, extract, link every value to its page, check dates, units and duplicates, and queue anything uncertain for a human reviewer.
Baseline
- What you do
- Add your history and recent vitals, then attend the baseline consultation.
- What we do
- Assemble the picture, prepare a source-linked summary, and your doctor reviews it with you and signs off your baseline.
Plan
- What you do
- Agree what you can realistically do over the next 90 days.
- What we do
- Write three or four priorities, each with a reason, a target set by your doctor, a due date and a named person responsible.
Act
- What you do
- Approve the price before anything is booked, and act on the plan.
- What we do
- Arrange tests and appointments, send reminders that follow the plan, and close nothing without evidence.
Measure
- What you do
- Tell us what worked and what did not.
- What we do
- Put comparable results side by side with dates, open a doctor review when a value changes, show a missing test as missing, and prepare the next 90 days.
What AI does in each step
AI prepares; your doctor decides, signs and speaks to you. The table shows where that line falls in each of the five steps.
| Step | What AI prepares | Who checks it | Who decides |
|---|---|---|---|
| Organise | Classifies your reports and links every value to the page it came from | A human reviewer, for anything uncertain | You, what to upload |
| Baseline | A source-linked brief of your history and results for your doctor | Your doctor, against the source reports | Your doctor, who signs the baseline |
| Plan | A draft plan for your doctor to review | Your doctor, who changes what they disagree with | Your doctor, who signs the plan |
| Act | Reminders for the plan your doctor signed | Your coordinator | You, what to book, at a price you approve |
| Measure | Your new results set beside the earlier ones | Your doctor, every changed result | Your doctor, what changes next |
Software never issues a diagnosis, prescription, dose change or test order. Every edit a doctor makes to a draft is recorded.
What a plan looks like
One card for each priority, with everything it needs to be finished.
- Reason
- Why this priority, in one line you can repeat to anyone.
- Target
- Set by your doctor, with the number to reach.
- Due date
- When it is expected, not someday.
- Responsible person
- You, your doctor or your coordinator. Never nobody.
- Review condition
- What has to change for your doctor to look again.
Never more than three or four priorities at once.
The 90-day cycle
- Day 0 Upload and consent.
- Within 7 working days Baseline consult and plan, counted from when we have adequate information.
- Any changed result Doctor review within one working day during service hours.
- Day 45 Coordinator check-in.
- Day 90 Doctor review and the next 90-day plan.
These are service targets during published service hours, not guarantees.
When a result changes
A changed value opens a case for your doctor. You are told what it means and what happens next. Nothing is auto-actioned.
What happens on day 91
Your doctor reviews your changed results and sets the next 90-day plan, and the loop starts again. If you choose to stop, you leave with an export of your records, and nothing further is charged.
What is billed separately
Your membership covers organisation, clinical review and coordination. Tests, medicines, specialist visits and hospital services are billed separately, and the full price is shown before you approve anything.
More good years, one 90-day plan at a time.
