For families
Care for your parents without taking over their privacy.
One family plan, up to four consenting adults, shared scheduling, separate records.
How consent works
- The payer gets billing rights only.
- Each adult grants, scopes and revokes access to their own information.
- The caregiver dashboard shows appointments and tasks, never diagnoses, unless the adult authorises it.

Suitability first
Older relatives and anyone with an existing condition are assessed for suitability first. Complex cases get a specialist pathway or a referral rather than a standard package.
Paying for a parent from another city or abroad
You can live anywhere. Your parent is the member, lives in the pilot city, and consents to their own care.
- You join the waitlist for a family member, from wherever you live.
- We call your parent — with you on the line if they like — to check the pilot suits them and to take their own consent.
- How invoices reach you, and in what currency, is agreed on that call, before anything is charged.
- Your parent’s doctor and coordinator work with your parent directly; you are kept in the loop on what your parent allows.
